Walking/Trekking  Our guests will have the opportunity to join a free excursion where you will experience the local area, meeting Berber people, visiting their home and drinking the sugary green tea - also known as "Whiskey de Maroc". Every day at 11 o'clock the guests meet up in the reception and our guide will be ready to give you a tour. Minimum 6 persons.

Boat Sight seeing (half-day or full day excursion, lunch included)  Our most popular excursion! Take a motorboat tour of the lake including the Ahansal river and a visit to the native people. Take a swim in the river or explore the many caves in the lake area. Lunch is served on one of the islands in the lake. An exciting afternoon for the whole family.

Sahara An unforgettable trip to the sand dunes of Sahara will create memories for life. We offer three different trips; Merzouga, Ouazarzate/M'hamid and Tan-Tan. Read more about our Sahara excursions in our pdf's (see below).

Cascades d'Ouzoud - The Waterfall Located in the Grand Atlas village of Tanaghmeilt, in the province of Azilal, 45 mins from the hotel. The waterfall is the most visited site in the region and it is highly recommended to visit.

Cathedral A great day trekking through a rugged and rarely visited corner of Morocco under the shadow of the towering Cathedral which rises 600m from the Ahansal river bed.

Rafting (available February - April) Descend the river Ahansal from the source to Bin el Ouidane in a 3 day mini adventure, sleeping under the stars in a Berber tent and navigating the river for 5 hours each day.

Iminifri & Dinosaur steps The natural arch shaped land bridge of Imi n´lfri meaning "the grotto´s mouth" is sculpted from soft sedimentary rocks dating back some 1,8 million years.
Enjoy a relaxing lunch there before a short drive to the Dinosaur "Park"!

Gorge in Taria This is a total immersion experience trekking into the Taria gorge on mules or by foot. In between the trekking our guide will transport you in a modern 4x4 vehicle giving you the chance to take in the stunning scenery.
On day 2 you can meet the local Berber people at Ait Bougamez a trip back to a place and time far from our modern lives.
